Scout Group AGM: agenda and minutes from last year

As advertised to parents on 13 December 2022, 1st Caythorpe and Duke's Covert Scout Group will be holding its AGM on Thursday 2 February, 7pm at Caythorpe & Frieston Village Hall.

We welcome and encourage all parents to attend; it’s your opportunity to have a quick reminder of all the brilliant activities our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts have been up to over the last year, as well as asking questions about and helping shape the Group going forwards.

Constitutionally, we need a quorum to run the AGM, including at least one parent / guardian representing each Section.
